At 138 Foods, Inc., we prioritize the quality and safety of our perishable goods; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns or replacements on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or items that have been altered after delivery.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, especially if there is visible damage or if the wrong item was received.

- 3.Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2 business days to determine if a return shipment or an immediate refund is required.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
